  • Project times vary based on deliverables and scope of project. Depending on your business needs, your project could range anywhere from 1 to 16 weeks. We’ll chat about your timeline in our initial call and a detailed project timeline will be shared with you prior to your project start date.

  • Yes! We require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your start date on our calendar, and projects are typically broken into payment plans for your convenience.

  • Most of our communication will be through your online client portal and recorded videos, and may include a handful of Zoom calls. Our clients (especially those in different time zones) love the freedom to respond in their own working hours, and we find it helps with keeping on track and sticking to timelines throughout the project.

  • We find our clients have the best results with a full brand identity, so we only offer logos as part of a full branding package that’s strategy-based and sets your business up for success.
