The first step is to fill out our inquiry questionnaire. We’ll review your answers, and send over a link to book a call. We’ll chat about your business, vision, and goals and make sure website in a week is the right fit for your business. If it’s a yes, we’ll send over a booking link to get started!

Once you’re booked, we’ll send over your welcome guide with all the details on your project. We’ll also send over your onboarding homework to complete, including your questionnaire and any brand assets, photography, and written content needed for your website. We'll walk you through each item step by step!

During your design week, your project is our sole focus. We build your website using a clear strategy, thoughtful design, and foundational SEO, and you’ll get regular updates so you always know what’s happening. We start by designing your home page to determine the visual direction for your website. Once this is approved, we move on to designing the rest of your pages.

Before wrapping up your project, we’ll implement SEO, connect your domain, and any other finishing touches. Then you’re ready for launch! You’ll have a website that is easy to update, supports your goals, and grows with your business. You’ll receive access to your Squarespace website and a video training walkthrough. We’ll also be available for any questions you may have during and post-launch with two weeks of included tech support.

Yes! To get the most out of Website in a Week, you’ll need:
Professional branding: Your branding sets the tone for your entire website. To see the most ROI, you’ll need professional branding in place (not DIY). If you don’t already have branding, we can help with that!
Brand photography: Professional photos help your website look its best, though we do also work with stock photography. Stock photography curation can be added to your to your package if desired.

Your Website in a Week takes place across five business days, starting Monday at 9am Toronto time.
You’ll need to provide content ahead of time—plan at least 2–3 weeks to gather assets and complete pre-work.
All design, build, and revisions happen during your scheduled week.
After launch, you receive two weeks of email tech support.

Yes! Our website in a week projects are broken into 50% deposit to reserve your spot and then 50% prior to website handoff. For longer, custom projects we also offer different options for payment plans.

Branding is a crucial piece that sets the entire foundation for your website. A lot of “website” problems are actually branding problems. That’s why we need established branding before starting your website. If you don’t already have branding (or if yours isn’t hitting the mark), let’s chat about how we can help! We offer both mini-brand and custom options.

We typically book your project at least 2-3 weeks out so you have time to complete your pre-work.
During your design, we typically ask that you have access to emails to dedicate around 30 minutes per day to answering feedback.
